 Your folding electric bicycle is covered by our parts warranty for one year and the frame is covered for two years. Your battery has a full year warranty and as long as it is sent in for testing we offer a half price battery if anything happens between year one and two.

There are a few situations when unfortunately the warranty does not apply.

. When the bicycle is used negligently or has damage resulting from a traffic accident

. Normal wear and tear

. Poor maintenance or modifications that no longer comply with regulations or original specifications

. Damage due to external sources

. The battery pack is used incorrectly or damaged. 

. Consumables such as the brake blocks/ tyres need to be purchased from your local cycle shop.

. We do not pay for any work done by cycle shops or 3rd parties. Please ring us for advice and any authorization before commencing 3rd party repairs 

YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL AND RETURN

You the customer are responsible for the cost of return carriage and you have seven working days to cancel your order. Please advise by email or telephone if you wish to cancel. The bike must not have been used but you may unpack and examine the bike prior to return keeping responsible care of the goods. We will always fully refund any faulty or misdescribe goods and will not restrict a consumers statutory rights in any way
